This notice explains how Marwan Zgheib Gaming Advisory handles information when you visit marwanzgheib.com, contact the advisory practice, or create a free PiqPerks preview account for interactive prediction challenges.
Player accounts and predictions
If you register, the website processes your name, email address, favourite competition, account creation date, prediction selections, points, and related game activity. This information is used to provide your account, keep prediction history, calculate free points, prevent misuse, and operate the private administrative dashboard. During the current free launch phase, predictions and tokens have no monetary, gift, or prize value.
Operator Lab assessments
When you start the MZ Operator Lab, the website records an anonymous start event. When you complete it, the website stores an anonymous readiness record including the overall score, answer scores, six-pillar results, priority gaps, language, and completion time. This helps improve the diagnostic and understand common launch-readiness needs. No name, company, email, or target market is connected to that record unless you voluntarily submit the private follow-up form. If you do, those details and your assessment summary are stored so Marwan can respond.
Account security
Email-and-password authentication is provided by Supabase. Passwords are handled by the authentication provider and are not displayed in the PiqPerks administrative dashboard. You are responsible for choosing a strong, unique password and keeping your login details private.
Analytics information
If you accept analytics, Google Analytics may collect information such as pages viewed, approximate location, browser and device type, referring website, visit duration, scrolling, and outbound-link interactions. This information is used in aggregated reports to understand website performance and improve content and contact journeys.
Your choice
Analytics is optional. The Google Analytics tag does not load unless you select “Accept analytics.” If you decline, that choice is remembered in your browser. You can reopen the consent panel at any time using the “Privacy choices” button. Account data required to provide a service you request is handled separately from optional analytics consent.
Cookies and local storage
When analytics is accepted, Google Analytics may use cookies or similar browser technologies to distinguish visits and prepare aggregated reports. This website also stores your consent preference locally in your browser so it can respect your choice on future visits. Authentication may also use browser storage or cookies to keep you securely signed in.
External services and contact links
The website uses or links to Supabase, Football-Data, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and Google services. Supabase supports player authentication and account records; Football-Data supplies football fixture and result information when the live feed is enabled. When you follow external links, the relevant provider's privacy terms apply. Information you choose to send in an email or message is used only to respond to your inquiry and manage a potential or active advisory engagement.
Retention and your rights
Analytics information is retained according to the settings of the Google Analytics property. Account, prediction, Operator Lab, and voluntarily submitted inquiry information is retained for a reasonable period afterward when needed for security, dispute handling, or legal obligations. You may request account deletion, subject to any information that must lawfully be retained. Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning personal information connected to you.
